Conversations is a tool for teachers who want their students to practice speaking. It’s great for ESL, but could also be used by ABE teachers—for example to practice job interview questions. As a teacher, you record questions or conversation starters. Then you put the Conversation up on a website (such as a wiki page) where students can access it. Students listen to the questions and record their answers. Students and teachers can then play back the whole conversation.
